I attempted to make puff pastry recently and while I was making it I remembered the episode in Barefoot Contessa where Ina Garten made sticky buns. I didn't follow her sticky bun/cinnamon roll recipe though, I just used the ingredients we had at hand and relied on my memory to sort of make it. Haha it turned out pretty decent, I wouldn't say perfect because the pastry didn't turn out very well. Overall the result was an "okay". The puff pastry was flaky but didn't puff up very much. I'm definitely going to try and perfect this next time.
